Local Wobbly Bottom Goats Cheese

We love to support our local farmers, suppliers and cheese makers, so we were delighted to introduce a small selection of wonderful cheeses from the Wobbly Bottom Farm in Hitchin some months ago.

The Wobbly Bottom Goats cheeses are produced by Aussie cheese makers Alan and Angela Dyson. Each of their 300 free roaming goats are feed on localy sourced feed of the best quality producing milk that is turned into a cheese that is gloriously creamy.

From local farm shops to fancy restaurants the "Wobbly" name is spreading far and wide. A recent Bronze award at the British Cheese awards has further enhanced the reputation of the Dysons cheese and the farm has never been busier.

We have five excellent types to choose from including plain, green & red peppers, black pepper, chives and chilli.
