Our People
We are now approaching 20 years of trading in the food service industry. Throughout this time our belief is that our success has been built through the effective management of our employees
We believe that our staff, are our greatest asset, and we know that for us to succeed in delivering the service levels you require everyone involved in the order process has to perform well. To achieve this, our people need the right knowledge, skills and motivation to perform consistently and efficiently.
To do this, we encourage all staff, from the warehouse to the management team to take pride in their work and to be empowered to contribute to the future of our company in any way they can.
We are continuing our work with ‘Investors in People’ an organisation that works with us to train, develop, asses and recognise many of our team members here at GetFood.
We will remain committed to realising the potential of all our staff, helping each of them to develop their goals, improve their skills and gain greater job satisfaction.
