LoveFood GetFood
Here at GetFood we have a passion for all things food. We supply a hugely diverse customer base, many of whom also share our love for culinary delights. Each customer requires a varied range of fresh, frozen and ambient foods, delivered efficiently and at a competitive price.
We regard this as a great challenge!, and we constantly are seeking to improve the range of produce we offer whilst seeking out new and innovative products. Today we have over 1500 products to choose from in our extensive range.
Our priority is to work hard on understanding exactly what our customers need and act proactively in ensuring our range meets their expectations. We continually sample existing products to ensure that consistency of quality is maintained and seek out new products via new and existing suppliers.
We regularly visit trade fairs and events looking for new product opportunities and we regularly provide free samples to our customers to get their opinion before introducing them to our range.
We employ our own food technical expert who has many years of experience at senior level in the food industry, taking charge of quality issues and vetting all prospective suppliers to see if they meet the relevant industry standards.
We provide all of our people with product knowledge training so they can talk confidently about the products we promote, this includes staff at all levels.
