Do you have a minimum order?
That depends on our overall level of business with you. We fully appreciate the need to be flexible and accept that order quantities will differ from time to time
What Quality Assurance do you have?
We have developed and improved our in-house quality assurance systems over many years. We are EFSIS accredited to the higher level and are subject to regular audits and inspections. Please use the link www.brcglobalstandards.com for more information
What days do you deliver?
We have dedicated fleet of chilled vehicles delivering Monday to Friday
How many times a week do you deliver?
Accommodating your needs is our priority. Through correct product management and good communication we find that most customers only require two deliveries a week
Do you have a product guide?
Yes, we have a very comprehensive product guide which you may download from our website. We would be pleased to here from you to discuss your requirements or answer any questions you may have
Is there a charge for extra deliveries?
As your supplier, we offer full commitment to you and can agree with you the frequency of delivery you require. We do not charge for the odd extra or one off special delivery
Can we collect our order?
Yes you can do this at any time. All you need to do is ring your order in to us, tell us when you would like to collect and we will have it waiting for you
