How to order

You can phone us the day before at your convenience.
We would please ask that you phone your order in by 12.00 midday.
 
Alternatively we can phone you for your order. Just give us a time that suits you.

Please fax your order by 12.00 midday. The customer service team will call you back if they have any queries.

Again, by midday if possible. You will receive a confirmation e-mail in return and then your order will be processed as normal.
 
Online:
Investment has been made in a state of the art CRM and Accounts package which is currently being installed. After all staff have been fully trained in using the system, online ordering will be implemented. We will keep you up to date.
 
Collection:
Please allow one hours notice before collecting your order so that it can be picked and invoiced ready for your arrival.
 
Pre-ordering:
We experience great demand for certain products at particular times of the year. So how do we cope?
 
Planning:
Planning is the key. Order your products in advance. For example, a few Christmas lines are sold by wholesalers 'to order only' because they are invariably unsaleable after Christmas.
 
That aside, there are often occasions when the manufacturers themselves miscalculate demand so getting your orders in early should circumvent this scenario. For example, cheese has a lead time - farmers need to be warned - udders tweaked etc. The earlier we can alert them, the better.
