Do you have a minimum order?
This is dependent on whether we can develop our business with you.
How far do you deliver?
Broadly speaking we cover an area of about a hundred miles around Cambridge. Delivering locally enables us to give our customers the best possible service as well as considering the ‘Green Issue’.
What Quality Assurance do you have?
We are EFSIS accredited to the higher level. Please use the link from the Service page for more information.
What days do you deliver?
We have dedicated chilled vehicles delivering Monday to Friday.
How many times a week do you deliver?
Accommodating your needs is our priority. Through careful management and good communication, most customers only require two deliveries a week.
Do you have a product guide?
Yes, you may download this from the website. Once you have found what you are looking for, give us a call to discuss your requirements.
Is there a charge for extra deliveries?
As your supplier, we offer full commitment to our customers and do not charge for extra deliveries. When a full commitment from the customer is returned, the working relationship runs beautifully.
Can we collect our order?
Certainly, just ring your order in to us, tell us when you will be here and it will have it waiting for you.
What are your payment terms?
Most of our customers pay on delivery. Please speak to the accounts office to discuss your requirements.
